HR Director (Shenzhen)
Remuneration: (Salary starting from 10k + job allowance + profit sharing for hunting talents = annual income starting from 240,000, please visit the company for details)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall planning and design of the company's human resources, the promotion of the organizational structure, staffing, management system, salary assessment and welfare system;
2. Responsible for organizing, analyzing and evaluating manpower needs, optimizing the functional personnel of each department, and leaving independent suggestions for selection and breeding;
3. Organization system Long-term planning, medium-term planning and annual plan of the company's human resources to improve the training system;
4. Coordinate and guide the promotion of recruitment, training, performance evaluation, salary and other work of the department and various employing departments;
5. Avoid employment risks, deal with company labor disputes in a timely manner, and maintain the external image of the company;
6. The reserve and precise hunting and recruitment of talents for the company's core positions.
